Why I built Backstage.
For years, the hardest part of shooting live music and events wasn't the work itself. It was hearing about the right shows in time. The best ones were booked before they ever crossed my radar. I built Backstage to fix that for myself: one place that surfaces shows early, flags which are actually worth chasing, and helps me reach out before someone else does. It's worked well enough that I'm opening it up to other photographers and videographers.
